MALL TORNADO STRIKES NEW LYNN DAMAGE TO HOUSES Heavy winds last evening resulted n extensive damage being done to a fooii-se owned by Mr. L. Dormer, at New Lynn. The roof was practically lifted off the house, chimneys were blown down, and the bathroom and dining room Were badly damaged. The damage is estimated to be about £l5O. A house occupied by Mr. Roy Dormer also suffered to the extent of £SO. A sheet of iron was carried 50 yards and buried in the front door of a neighbour’s house.
