GAOL FOR SWINDLER MOTOR AGENTS ROBBED From Our Own Correspondent HAMILTON, Today, iCharles Mozart Spinley, the valueless cheque expert, who is awaiting aentence on several charges of issuing Wdueless cheques, appeared again in the Police Court today on two further ■frnilar charges. He pleaded guilty. In a statement to Detective Thompson Spinley said he adopted the same Procedure as in other cases, by filling in blank cheque forms and cashing the jfeeques with service car agents in different towns. i The cases today referred to the theft Jf from a Tauranga agent and £l4 j»s 6d from a Lower Hutt dealer. .Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M., said that Willey had apparently been living on fraud for a long time and imposed a of six months, to be concurrent with the sentence for aimilai Ifcbriod passed on Wednesday for fraud *t Hamilton.
