EARLY STRAWBERRIES
FIRST ON MARKET The first strawberries of the season were dispatched from Northcote to the City Markets yesterday and realised good prices. Mulching of the beds is being rapidly caried out and with the rain experienced last evening the outlook for a good crop is considered most promising*.
