PRESENTATION TO COURT OFFICIAL
Mr. M. Simmonds, deputy-registrar of the Hamilton Supreme Court, who has been appointed Clerk of Court at Tauranga, was presented with a clock and barometer by the Hamilton Law Society yesterday. The president, Mr. P. A. Swarbrick, said in the six years Mr. Simmonds had been in Hamilton he had rendered valuable service to members of the legal profession and his great knowledge of Court practice and procedure had been always avail- j able. j
