HAMILTON CROQUET
The annual meeting of the Hamilton Croquet Club was held at the club’s pavilion on Saturday. The president, Mr. El .H. Howden, presided. The reports of the secretary and the treasurer showed that the past year’s operations had resulted successfully. The election of officers for the ensuing year resulted as follows: —President* Mr. H. H. Howden: vice-presi-dents, Mrs. Sheppard and Mrs. Masters; secretary, Mrs. M. York; treasurer, Mrs. G. Seifert; committee. Mesdames Salter, Earle, Wilks, Scrimshaw and Miss Prentis. It was decided to open the lawns for play on October 15.
