The account was passed for payment at this morning’s meeting of the board. It was desired that the road should be one section only. Air. AX. J. Coyle urged that the <ju es . tion of sections be deferred until the trams were actually running. Mr. £ J. Phelan was of the same opinion. The board decided to reply that it *- 23 prepared to reconsider the question of sections when the trams were run. ning.
