SALE OF FURNITURE
DISPUTED BILL OF SALE Decision was reserved by Air. Justice Ilerdman in the Supreme Court yesterday, in the appeal by the Guardian Trust and Executors Company, Ltd. (Atr. Leary) against the decision of Air E. C. Cutten, S.AI., in awarding £57 10s to the Equitable Loan and Finance Company (Air. Simpson) under a bill of sale. The bill of sale, with subsequent unregistered modifications, was on furniture sold under a false name by a Airs. Reid to George Walker, an auctioneer. The question at issue was whether the unregistered document was enforcable.
