REGISTRATION OF BICYCLES
PAPATOETOE TAKES ACTION Owing to the difficulty of tracing defaulting cyclists, who give false names to the traffic inspector, it was decided at last evening's meeting of the Papatoetoe Town Board to frame a by-law to enforce the registration of bicycles.
