SMALL BOY DROWNED
TRAGEDY IN COLLEGE BATHS VAIN EFFORTS MADE Press Asaoct'an‘on \VELLINGTON. Monday. A boy of five years, Patrick Leo Fox, was found drowned in the Well—ington Coliege baths late this afternoon. The lad had been playing about the college grounds with another boy, aged three, who apparently was the sole witness of the accident. It is not. known how it occurred.
A number of college boys and masters tried for an hour to resuscitate the child. who is believed to have been in the water for half-an-hour.
