TRAMCAR BLOCKS TRAFFIC
A breakdown in the controls of a tramcar on its way to Ponsonby caused a traffic block at the corner of Queen Street and Wellesley Street about 8.30 last evening. The car was finally pushed into Wellesley Street West by a following car and traffic returned to normal after a check of a. about ten minutes. k
