BEAUTIFYING HAMILTON
BEQUEST TO SOCIETY (From Our Own Correspondent) I M IX/J'OX, Today, The Hamilton Beautifying- Society is to benefit to the extent of £2,800 from the estate of the late Miss H. B\ McPherson, of Hamilton. It is proposed that the society shall take over a mortgage of £1,300, and have the balance in cash. The president, M.r. W. H. Page, and Mr. R. c. Fowler and Mr. J. F. Strang, were appointed trustees. If necessary, steps are to be taken to have the society incorporated.
