Dewar, formerly commander of the Royal Oak, has been appointed naval aide-de-camp to the King. Captain Dewar, it will be recalled, was severely reprimanded, and dismissed his ship at Gibraltar, following a dispute with Rear-Admiral B. St. G. Collard about the ship’s band. Commander H. M.
