CARD AFTERNOON
EPSOM CROQUET CLUB An enjoyable 500 and bridge afternoon was given by the Epsom Croquet Club at Mrs. Daniel’s home in Green Lane on Thursday. The drawing room was prettily decorated with flowers and greenery. Mrs. Daniels received the guests wearing a smart frock of black satin and lace. The winners for the afternoon were: Mrs.. Baker and Mrs. S. Cole (500), Mrs. Penn and Miss Taylor (bridge). Those present were: Mrs. Walker, Mrs. Huddleston, Mrs. Jones, Mrs. S. Cole, Mrs. Mc-Aneny, Mrs. B. Morrison, Mrs. Taylor, Mrs, Ealine, Mrs. Lindstron, Mrs. Baker, Mrs. McGregor, Mrs,. Broughton, Mrs. T. Cole, Mrs. Penn, Mrs. Chapman, Mrs. Dimery, Mrs. McCarthy, Mrs. Worthington, Mrs. Waugh, Mrs. Logg, Mrs. Blakey, Mrs. Malcolm, Mrs. George, Mrs. Morris and Miss Hardey.
