NEW ZEALANDERS
Sir, — In your issue of May 20 appeared a letter signed “Briton.” Will you allow' me to inform “Briton,” or any other correspondent, that there is no such association as the Natives’ Association, and that I shall be pleased to post to any person so desirous a copy of the objects of the New Zealanders’ Association upon application for same to P.O. Box 1547, G.P.0., City. However, I would like to enlighten “Briton” on the subject of Australians, Dalmations, Hindus and Chinese when he says they are not mentioned, bpcause they are not "Homies.” I haye never mentioned the word “Homie” in any correspondence, but have always used the w r ord “Immigrant” and if “Briton” is so dense as to be unable to grasp the fact that the foreigners he mentions are immigrants, well I am sorry for him. Will “Briton” tpll me how he would organise a New
Zealand Association independent of cast or creed, otherwise than from native-born persons? If “Briton” will supply me with his name and address, I shall be only too pleased to supply him with information that will possibly open his eyes, and the eyes, sir, of a great many more. C. 33. COLLINS, Secretary, N.Z.A.
