COMMISSIONER HAY ARRIVES TODAY WELCOME ARRANGED Commissioner James Hay. head of the Salvation Army in New Zealand, was to have arrived in Auckland this afternoon. A welcome will be tendered him at the Congress Hall. Grej Avenue tomorrow evening. At 11 a.m. on Sunday his address will be* on “Sons of God." The Hon. A. J. Stallworthy, Minister of Health, will preside at the afternoon meeting, when Commissioner Hay's subject will be •The High Council and the Future or the Salvation Army.” The Sunday evening service at seven o clock a\ ill also be addressed by the commissioner, his subject being “The Great Assize.
