RAILWAY ENTERPRISE

NEW BOOKING OFFICE A new railway booking-office will be opened at 165 Karangahape Road, on May 6. This will be the third office of its kind opened by the Railway Department in the city. The first was in Queen Street and the second in Upper Svmonds Street. Both have proved of inestimable value to the department. Passengers no longer have to go to the railway station to book their seats and merchants and shopkeepers are now able to send parcels and packages through the offices in the city instead of sending them to Albert Street.
