AN AMBITIOUS “CALL”
ORGAN OF WAIKATO SHOW With a striking frontispiece of a woman in Greek robes sounding a clarion call to the great public, "The Call,” the ambitious official booklet of the Waikato Winter Show, contains the prize list of the 23rd show. "The Call" is a most comprehensive work, including an article on "The Mother of Fairs and Expositions,” followed by a concise history of the first and second Waikato Winter Shows. "Citizenship” is the title of a further article, while the functions which the Hamilton Technical School fills in the communitv are also briefly set out. "The Call” is a work which must compare favourably with anything of its nature in Australia or New Zealand.
