JERSEY BREEDERS
AUCKLAND CLUB MEETS Jersey breeders turned out in force to the annual meeting of the Auckland Metropolitan Jersey Club held during the week. The following officers were elected; Patron, Mr. E. D. McLennan: president, Mr. W. T. S. Wilson; vice-Dissi-dents, Messrs. G. R. Hutchinson and A. C. Jones; committee, Messrs. R. Dawson, W. H. Hazelwood, T. Robinson, E. M. Tapp, R. Waterhouse and J. Whitehouse; auditor, Mr. J. A. Court; secretary and treasurer, Mr. J. B. Tonar. A gold medal donated to the Ilelensville Agricultural and Pastoral Association as a special prize in the Jersey section was presented by the president to Messrs. G. R. and H. Hutchinson. The annual balance-sheet showed receipts amounting to £79 and expenditure £6B.
