FLIGHT TO NEW ZEALAND

MASE WILL HOP OFF TO-MORROW ALL READY AT LYMPNE (United Service) Reed. 9.5 a.m. LONDON, Tuesday. The Auckland airman, Mr. H. F. Mase, who is about to set out on a flight to New Zealand, flew his Sim-monds-Sparton plane from Croydon to the Lympne airdrome, on the Kenisli coast. He expects to hop off for New Zealand on Thursday next, and is confident of success. The engine of the plane is in perfect condition. Mr. Mase is advised that the weather conditions for the first stages of the flight are apparently set fair.
