Speaking at an open-air meet- ! ing at Point Chevalier yesterday, Mr. Skelton said: “I have in my at home a letter from the Prime Minister, Sir Joseph Ward, stating that he is to investigate every case of misconduct at Samoa. He is going to have a special conference at Apia very shortly, and he will make arrangements for this as soon as he returns from his visit to the South. “Then Tamasese will be freed!”
