Brighter Fashions at the Races

The more kindly weather this morning inspired feminine racegoers to appear at KUerslie to-day in brighter modes than those they wore on B;,‘urdav, though again there was a decided predominance of all the new brown shades of autumn. EnsembU suits held pride of place, with tailleuvs vicing for popularity, and both were seen in many charming ways. Among those present were: Her Excellency the Lady Alice Kergiwsou. who w.i.v wearing a graceful fr**ck of autumn-shaded velvet in a small floral pattern under a beige coat. She wore a hat to tone. The Countess Thelma Mciaxa. who tompanied the Vi. . -Legal party. was wearing a . ream tailored suit and a row del- blue hat. Mrs. H. O.
