THIL AND MILLIGAN TO MEET AT PARIS (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) Reed. 10.20 a.m. PARIS, Friday. It is announced that Marcel Th.il, the new middle-weight champion of Europe, will fight the British champion, Tommy Milligan, for the title at Paris on May 11.
