“THE FLEET’S IN” “The Fleet’s In,” the comedy feature film which heads the programme at the Prince Edward Theatre, provides ample opportunity for Clara Bow to make full use of her vivacity and charm. “Prep and Pep,” the second feature, is a happy story of sport and flirtation at a big sailitary school for boys.
