MEETING AT IiIKURANGI At the annual meeting of the Northland Rugby League, Mr. C. O Callaghan presiding, it was reported that there was a likelihood of 10 teams taking part in League play this year It was decided to adopt the Auckland Rugbv League’s constitution. until such time as the committe had drawn up the Northland League’s own constitution. Mr. W. J. Hamm,llU expresident of the Auckland Rugby League, gave an interesting and instructive address to the meeting. Officers were elected as follows: President, Air. O. O Oallaglian. vice presidents, the presidents and vicepresidents of each club; organiser, Mr. ' E. Taylor; secretary, Mr. E. Taylor 1 (pro tem); treasurer, Mr. R. Scott; Management Committe.e Messrs. J. ’ Whitelaw and A. Cadman (Kamo), K. ’ Scott and E. Taylor (Waro Rovers), Tavlor and A. Chissell (A-thletic), T O’Shea and F. Kells (HikUrangi Rovers), with power to add two delegates from each club joining the League, all having equal voting power; constitution committee, Alessrs. O’Callaghan, Chissell, .Whitelaw and • Kells. POINT CHEVALIER CLUB • The annual meeting of the Point ’ Chevalier League Football Club was • held in the Sailing Club Hall on : Thursday, March 31.
