BANKRUPTCY COURT

DEBTORS DISCHARGED A sitting of the Bankruptcy Court was held this morning under the presidency of Mr. Justice Blair. Discharges were granted in the following cases: John Dolphin, farmer, subject t 6 the condition that the judgment outstanding in favour of Alexander Liddle shall stand. William Norman Goode, carpenter, Whangarei; Austin Joseph Whittaker, land agent, Auckland; James Hogg, tobacconist, Thames; H. George Blank, contractor, Papakura; Blanche Sarah Hamilton, carrier, Papakura; Tony Katavich, labourer, Auckland; John Alexander Manson, fishmonger, Whangarei. The following debtors were adjudicated bankrupt: Edwin Arthur Booth, James Tombs, E. C. Hurry and F. Workman.
