FUND FOR POOR MIXERS. —The Lord Mayor’s fund for the relief of Distressed miners in Britain now amounts to £739,000. A supplementary Government estimt t issued on Monday includes £ 600,00 P for a contribution from the Government toward the fund, and £ 80.000 for the Scottish miners. The total to be provided by the Government has been increased to £S6o,ooo.—British Official Wireless.
