Niblock was presented at Lie Advertising Club luncheon to-day Pith the gold badge of life membership. as a sign of appreciation of his wurk for the club ;as secretary. Mr. H. G. Lakeman, telegraph engineer at Auckland, has been appointed principal of the telegraph division of die General Post Office. He will succeed Mr. J. M.
