ACADEMY ABOLISHED

INSUBORDINATE CADETS IN SPAIN i~L Times Cable. LONDON, Thursday. The Madrid correspondent of “The Times” says King Alfonso of Spain signed a decree permanently abolishing the Segovia Military Academy. The Prime Minister, General Primo de Rivera, says the reason for this is the frequent acts of insubordination among the cadets, who will now return to civilian life. The decree provides for compensation for the cadets and their families, also for certificates which will enable the cadets to secure civilian employment.
