A charge of entering the house of Henry Pulham with intent to commit a crime, preferred against George Miki, a young Maori of 23, was dismissed at the Huntly Police Court yesterday, the magistrate holding the evidence was not conclusive. Miss Betty Pulham stated that she was awakened late one night by a man’s form alongside her bed.
