Received 11 a.m. RUGBY, Wednesday. fT is authoritatively stated that, until the King has recovered, nothing definite will be decided regarding the fulfilment by the Duke of Gloucester of his proposed mission to Japan, to hand to the Emperor Hirohito the insignia of the Order of the Garter which was bestowed on him by King George.
