Reed. 3.5 a.m. SYDNEY, To-day. The new Electoral Bill, providing for a redistribution of electorates, is non before the Legislative Assembly. The Sydney metropolitan area is-to have 43 seats, the Newcastle area five seats and the country area 47 seats. Each metropolitan electorate is to have about 20.000 electors and each country electorate approximately 14.000. Consequently the balance of the voting power in favour of tjie country electorates will be neariy 50 per cent.
