Times Cable. LONDON, Tuesday. “The Times” says it learns that the British Continental South African Line has withdrawn its steamers from the South African trade. This is in conr formity with the arrangement made with the South African Conference Lines, whereby the latter are to take oyer all cargo commitments. This will end the freight war which has been waged for IS months, largely from Continental ports, with heavy losses.
