STORY COMPETITION
The prize of seven shillings and sixpence offered for the best entry in the last story competition has been won by Dew of Dawn (Helen Williams, St. Heliers Bay) for her brief but cleverly-handled sketch, “Pearls.” Next in merit are the entries of Flying Cloud (Leslie du Faur, Howick) and Harvest Moon (Alma Chamberlain, Christchurch).
