RECITAL IN TOWN HALL The city organist, Mr. Maughan pornett. presented a well-chosen programme at his recital at the Town Hall pst. evening. ’’{•forks by Bach and "Wider were played with good expression, and the prelude to Act. 111. from Wagner’s "Lohengrin” was popular with the audience. The programme also included Schubert’s “Serenade,” and two attractive pieces by Meale.
