HONOURING FLINDERS
AUSTRALIAN EXPLORER (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) Reed. 11.45 a.m. LONDON. Monday. A memorial lias been erected at Donington, Lincolnshire, recalling the birthplace of Matthew Flinders, near Dialhall, and recording his Australian ex plo rations. Professor Flinders Petrie, a grandson of the explorer, was expected to attend the unveiling ceremony, but was called to Egvnt.
