WOMEN ENTERTAINED AT OTAHUHU LODGE

A large number of the members of the Star of Otahuhu, U.A.0.D., No. 68, and their women friends, attended a veuy enjoyable social evening in the Druids’ Hall, Otahuhu, last week. The arrangements of the function were in the hands of the younger members of I the lodge, and their efforts resulted jin a very enjoyable evening’s enter - | tainment. A delightful programme of musical numbers was supplied by Allans on’s Orchestra. A couple of novelty dances added gaiety to the enjoyment of the evening. These were won by Bro. Hatton and Miss Sinclair, and Bro. N. White and partner. Supper was provided by the women and the function closed with the singing of “Auld Lang Syne,” followed by cheers for the guests.
