THE FIJIAN PINEAPPLE COMPANY, Ltd. Will issue a Prospectus on or about Thursday, Oct. 18 offering for Subscription a limited number of Ordinary Shares. The Provisional Directors of the Company are: Nathan Alfred Nathan, of Auckland, Merchant. David Laurence Nathan, of Auckland, Merchant. Brian Lifford Hewitt, Commander R.N. (Retired). Ernest Davis, of Auckland, Merchant; and Godfrey Garrick, of Suva, Planter. All arrangements have been completed for immediate production. Gollin & Co. Pty., Ltd., will be the Sole Selling Agents for New Zealand, Canada, and the United Kingdom. In a period of 14 years the net profits of the Hawaiian Pineapple Co., Ltd., have exceeded £3,000,000 STERLING and since 1923 its annual dividend and bonus payments have exceeded £200,000 Its Shares reached a premium of 450% in 1920. Its Capital was increased from £206,000 in 1917, to £2,060,000 in 1927, largely by bonus issues. •It is anticipated that the Fijian Pineapple Co., Ltd., will have a similar measure of success.
