CAMBRIDGE CHAMPIONSHIPS The men’s championship of the Cambridge Golf Club has been won by Alf G. Boyce, who defeated A. H. Nicoll, after a strenuous and exciting contest, two up and one to play. The Wairakau golf championship final, played between M. Garlands and R. Currie, resulted in a win for the former, one up. C. Kirkby won the same club’s junior championship, defeating A. MeVicar in the final. The ladies’ championship, Wairakau Club, was won by Miss Dean.
