WRIGHT—ANDREWS

Wllen A-liss Elsie Andrews, youngest daughter of Airs. S. Andrews, late of Rotorua, was married to Air. Charles Johnson Wright, youngest son of Airs. ( T. Wright, of Herne Bay,, she wore a frock of ivory georgette with an underdress of pal© pink taffeta. Silver roses finished the waistline, and were strewn on the skirt. A veil of tulle 1 edged with silver lace formed the train, being caught at the head with a double 1 circlet of orange blossom, and a shower bouquet of pink stock, roses and daffodils was carried. The ceremony was performed last night in St. Matthew’s Church. The bride was given away by All*. Charles Andrews. Mrs. A. W. Newdick, of Point Chevalier, was matron of honour. Her frock of pink chiffon was fashioned with kerchief draperies, and trimmed with silver butterfly medallions. A large pink taffeta bow finished the waistline at the back of the frock. A headdress of silver tricoline was finished at the side with a small posy of flowers, and a shower bouquet of pink ancl mauve flowers was carried. Three little flower girls were Doreen Burrett, Ngaire Lemon and Colleen Burnett, wearing frocks of pink georgette embroidered with blue rosebuds on the skirt. Dainty satin and tulle muffs* finished with wax roses at each end were carried, and each wore a poke bonnet of pink georgette. Mr. Noble Conroy attended the bridegroom as best man. To wind wool, hang the skein on the door knob. As you wind the wool slips around. * * * Tack a piece of old rubber tyre or an old golosh to each foot of a stepladder and it will not slip.
