HEENEY-TUNNEY FIGHT

AT THREE THEATRES TO-NIGHT The great fight put up recently by a New Zealander to secure the world’s championship boxing title stirred the imagination of his countrymen in a way few events could. Popular interest was centred in the contest, and now that the official film of the great fight has reached Auckland, it will attract others beside boxing patrons. This film has just reached Auckland and will be shown in three theatres this evening, the Hippodrome, the Empress and the West End. The 11 strenuous rounds are depicted very clearly, and every phase is shown. Heeney's rugged strength and courage against .the best efforts of the champion are said to arouse the admiration of all. At each theatre a full supporting programme will be shown.
