DAFFODIL DAY
VICTORIA LEAGUE EFFORT The annual Daffodil Day held under the auspices of the Victoria League will be observed on Friday. Flowers and donations will be received at the league rooms or at the stalls in the city and suburbs. Half the proceeds of the salp will be devoted to the league’s Empire work, and the remainder will be divided among various young people’s and citizens’ organisations.
