General Nuisance Fined.—For assaulting William James Trainor and for using obscene language, fines totalling £4 were imposed on James Joseph O’Connor in the Hamilton Magistrate’s Court yesterday. Sergeant Culloty said accused had been a general nuisance around the town, fighting and causing treble in hotel bars.
