The completion of the passage of the great floating-dock for Singapore through the Suez Canal is the subject of messages of congratulations from the Admiralty The Admiralty has thanked the directors of the Suez Canal for the pains taken so effectually to ensure the successful carrying through of this exceptional and difficult operation.
