Oxford University in the first innings made 316 (Kingsley 82 and in the second 265 for five (A. Crawley 101. Barber 72). Oxford won by five wickets. Against Worcestershire Kent in the first innings made 337 (Ashdown 58. Hardinge 99) and in the second 4 for no wickets. Worcestershire in the first innings made 123 (Freeman four for 69) and followed on and made 215 (Freeman six for 85). Kent won by 10 Against Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire \ in the first innings made 134 (Robin- j son four for 47) and in tlie second 32 9 for nine and declared (Whysall 107, Payton 117). Yorkshire in the first innings made 125 (Leyland 62; Larwood six for 24) and in the second 198 for four (Sutcliffe 95). Notts won on the first innings.
