WRIGHT-MORGAN CASE

LONG LITIGATION ENDS COURT RESERVES DECISION Press Association WELLINGTON, Wednesday. The Appeal Court to-day reserved decision in the case of Douglas George Wright, of Winslow, farmer, versus Florence Jenny Myra Morgan, Florence Barbara Morgan, Harry Wright Morgan, Percy Norman Quartermain, Harriet Myra Wright and William Nosworthy, all of Canterbury. This case is a further step in the litigation arising out of the estate of Eldward George Wright, deceased. The appellant appealed from part of the directions given by Mr. Justice Sim. For the appellant Mr. F. D. Sargent appeared, and for respondent, Mr. A. T. Donnelly. Mr. Donnelly said that for the sake of concluding this long litigation respondent had been willing to accept a rental based on the Government valuations, and Mr. Justice Sim, considering this to be fair, embodied it in his order.
