CITY COUNCIL WINS APPEAL Press Association. WELLINGTON, To-day. A Full Court to-day heard the McCourtney versus Hunter appeal against the decision by Mr. J. H. Salmon, S.M., of Wellington. The point involved is whether a return fare of 3s brings a motor-omni-bus within section 2 of the Act. The defence contended that Hunter, the respondent, by charging 2s Id single and 3s return, took his service outside the Act, but the City Council considered 3s was equivalent to two fares of Is 6d. Hunter is now out of business, but the council pressed for a decision, and the court, after a brief adjournment, allowed the appeal^n^h^
