An application under the Family Protection Act was heard in the Supreme Court to-dayw hen Brian Llansanwyer Lewis, a farmer, of Dannevirke, asked that the sum of £4,000 be set aside for his benefit out of the estate of his father, Charles Lewis, who had left an estate valued at £14,000. Counsel said that beneficiaries under the will agreed to it and Judge Adams made the order accordingly, subject to certain conditions.
