Judgment was given in the libel case of Fitzgerald Blundell Bros., of Wellington, and “The NeAV Zealand Dairyman,” in a claim for £250 damages in respect of statements contained in the issue of “The Dairyman,” of February 20, 1928, alleging an inferiority of standard in New Zealand of Rennet Co.’s product, of Avhieh the plaintiff \\ r as manufacturer. Judgment Avas given for plaintiff for the full amount claimed, with costs £36 2s.
