ADVISED TO LEGALISE MARRIAGE (From Our Own Correspondent) HAMILTON. To-day. Constant Leo Francois Marie Janssens for making a false declaration in connection with his marriage licence was admitted to two years’ probation by Mr. Justice Blair in the Supreme Court to-day. The judge said he was convinced prisoner did not intend to do wrong, and he advised him to have the marriage with his present wife made valid.
