Thomas Alfred Sunnex. petitioner for a dissolution of his marriage with Ada Florence Sunnex, named Thomas O’Dowd as co-respondent, and claimed £250 damages. A decree nisi, to be made absolute in three months, with costs on the higher scale against the co-respondent, was granted wKh the amount of damages claimed, _
