HUSBAND GETS DIVORCE CO-RESPONDENT PAYS £250 DAMAGES Press Association NAPIER, To-day. Recent happenings in a nouse in Carnell Street, Napier, led to a case for divorce heard before Mr. Justice Ostler and a jury in the Napier Supreme Court this morning. Thomas Alfred Sunnex. petitioner for a dissolution of his marriage with Ada Florence Sunnex, named Thomas O’Dowd as co-respondent, and claimed £250 damages. A decree nisi, to be made absolute in three months, with costs on the higher scale against the co-respondent, was granted wKh the amount of damages claimed, _
